Medical Fees and Related Services
- If your cat appears to need medical treatment during its stay with us, we will normally take your cat to our local vet. There will then be a minimum fee of $15 per trip for our transportation service.
- If you have notified us at drop-off of a preferred vet, we will attempt to take your cat to that vet instead of our local vet. There will then be an additional charge to cover our own travel and time, relevant to the location and time of day.
- If our local vet and your nominated vet are unavailable then we will take your cat to the nearest open emergency vet. There will then be an additional charge to cover our own travel and time, relevant to the location and time of day.
- All vet's fees and transportation costs will be passed on to the cat's owner. Vet's fees should preferably be settled directly; otherwise they will be added to your final bill.
Bedding
- If we have to supply your cat with a cattery-loaned towel there will be a fee of $2.50 per cat per towel used.
Discounts
- Cats staying for 14 days or more receive a 5% discount.
- Cats staying for 30 days or more receive a 10% discount.
Food
- The standard food that we provide, included in the above prices, is IAMS dry (Regular, Weight Control, Mature or Kitten). However if you wish to bring a supply of your cats' regular food for them to have during their stay with us, we are more than happy to accommodate this but there will be no reduction given.
- If you supply your own cat food, but this is insufficient for the stay and we then have to purchase more, additional charges, including transport, will apply. See Our Terms & Conditions - Food.
